How to register, step by step

Step 1: your account

Step 2: your details

Verifying your account

• proof of address, such as a utility bill or bank statement

Rules to know before you sign up

A few rules worth knowing before you sign up:

• One account per person. Accounts that share an address, household, device or IP address count as duplicates, and Playfina can close them.
• Pay from your own accounts. Deposits have to come from a card, bank account or e-wallet in your own name.
• Play your deposit through. Each deposit has to be wagered x3 before you can withdraw it.
• Set your limits. You can set personal limits from the start, on the casino's responsible gambling page.

Registration problems

The phone number is not accepted. It has to be a number of the country you chose in step 1, so for Australia an Australian number.

The email is already in use. You may have an account already. Try to log in, or reset your password from the login form.

The site does not load. Open Playfina again, and if it still does not open, try a little later.
